All About T-Baby

Just a quick list of the things that have made us fall in love with Ty:
  • Every morning she wakes up, stretches her arms above her head, and smiles.
  • She furrows her brow when she doesn't like something.
  • She grunts three times when she sees something she does like.
  • She loves to be upside-down!
  • She pulls her feet up when walking so you will swing her into the air.
  • She is a very sound sleeper.
  • True to her referral, she is obstinate sometimes. (Usually when it is time for bed!)
  • She can't get enough of the sound of crinkling paper or plastic bags.
  • She loves, and I mean loves, to giggle.
  • She is not fussy about the temperature of her milk.
  • She weighs a ton, but still seems light as a feather everytime she lays her head on your chest and sighs.
  • When she is laughing really hard, it sounds like she is gasping for air. (I keep checking on her when she and DH are playing to make sure she is getting enough deep breathes!)
  • She loves to help put on her shoes.
  • We can still count on one hand the times she has cried.
  • She has 7 teeth - 4 on top and 3 on bottom. (Perfect for biting Cheerios in half.)
  • She loves to walk and run down the hallways.
  • She will stop and just sit down to look at something on the floor.
  • She can hold her own bottle and prefers it that way.
  • She likes her alone time before bed.
  • She grabs for momma when she is tired and fussy.
  • She can't get enough of daddy when it is time to play.
  • She's easy going and takes things in stride.
  • She warms our hearts everyday with her twinkling eyes and radiant smile.
And it hasn't even been a week! We can't imagine all the things we will discover about this precious little bundle of joy as time moves along. We are sure it will just be more to love!

Oh, Traci....how sweet. Can hearts smile...mine is for sure! The details in life, the little things, those are really the most important things. I am so happy you are learning the essence of your daughter so thoroughly. How secure she must be with you.

Thank you for sharing with us.

Can it get any better. Such a good baby you have been blessed with. Ron came into work today. Proud Grandpa. He hasn't quit talking about Tyler. I have been out of town this weekend and just now was able to get on website. She is so adorable. I finally got to see her in a dress like I had been waiting for. What a cutie. How perfectly everything is going for you. I have also been informed that you have been able to see her first steps and walking. How wonderful that you did not miss out on that. Have a very safe trip home. I know you are excited about getting her back to her new home.
Love you guys. Give Tyler a kiss for me.

Are you really sure that Tyler is "stretching" to wake up, or could Steve possible have been teaching her how to sing Y.M.C.A??

Just wondering,
